The Scholarships for Students scheme has been introduced in order to strengthen and revitalize the various institutions under the Ministry of Culture (Ministry of Transportation) and cultural institutions identified in this country, by encouraging scholars and academicians to affiliate themselves with these institutions to work on projects of mutual interest .
